Our keepsakes take a number of weeks to create for you our appointments are limited so we can make sure we can do the work to the high quality you expect this is why our time is very important.
Pay for your booking here, no booking is confirmed until deposit payment is made. Payments are non refundable if you do not attend your appointment or cancel after 48 hours notice. We are unlikely to fill the spot in such short notice.
We are well aware things happen and come up If you need to rearrange before we will be happy to accomodate this and move your deposit to your new date. Please contact us as soon as possible.
