Baby Casting Co Terms & Conditions:

Baby Casting Co uses Chromatic Alginate which is used in dentistry for making moulds for false teeth and braces. This is made from seaweed so is 99% safe to use on the skin.However, every person is different and Baby Casting Co cannot be held responsible for any reactions that may occur after the baby cast is taken. Should anything arise after the casting session, we advise you to please seek medical attention advise them what has been used.
All work remains the property of Baby Casting Co. until the full payment has been made. Casting Turnaround times can vary depending on how busy we are. We Aim to have all work done within 6-8 weeks. Castings must be collected within 6 months of the date of casting, We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage after this time. Any Added or bought from third party items such Lights are not our responsibilty, these will be shown in working order when collected or delivered. Deposits are non refundable should you no longer want the casting or change your mind. Prices are discussed and finalised after confirmation on your choice of style, Colours and any added extras. Changes may incur a charge, Frame Changes will be charged the full price of a new frame. WE WILL NOT POST ANY WORK VIA COURIER. Any work that is done at our studio will need to be collected from the studio. Any other extras (new mounting for other frames) carried out by Baby Casting Co. Will be charged at £25.00 per hour + Cost of materials. additional Charges such as plaque details after these have been submitted or completed will be charged at £5.00 for a new replacement. ANY ARABIC NAMES MUST BE CONFIRMED AND SENT BY THE CUSTOMER. Work not collected after a period of 3 months completion date will be charged at £10 per week storage fees and will not be available for collection until money owed is paid in full.
